SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges for the single item are $39.99, But Some Extra Tax fees may apply in certain countries (Japan, Brazil, Argentina, San Marino, Chile, South Africa, New Zealand, and other South American countries) but we keep your invoice low so you don’t have to pay as much.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer shipping services through DHL, FedEx, and Sky Net to most of the countries in the world. The customer is accountable for managing all duties, taxes, and fees (including VAT) related to the shipment upon the arrival of their item in their country. By placing an order, you assume the role of the importer of record, and the package will only be released to you once all applicable fees are settled. KMA Specials is not responsible for any fees imposed by your country’s customs law which may include transfer and storage fees. If you refuse to collect the shipment and the package is sent back to us, you will be refunded for the purchase price of the goods only not the shipping costs.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
KMA Specials does not provide return shipping labels and return shipping charges for items/items, once delivered they are the customer’s responsibility. The address for return is provided on our website and also on your invoice included with your package. Items that have been worn, utilized, modified, or damaged will not be eligible for acceptance. KMA Specials reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.

Please contact us before returning any item. Please note it can take up to 10 business days for our warehouse to process returns and therefore your cooperation is appreciated. Ensure you email us with a description of your case

A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method employed for the purchase. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable in any case.

RESTOCKING FEES
A restocking fee of $15 will be charged if any items are missing from the returned box; such as shoe horns, shoe bags, or polish kits.

FOR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Our all products are Order products and are handcrafted especially for each customer and provide a wide range of options at a more affordable price enabling the purchaser to customize the shoe colors & styles according to their needs. Each pair will be made upon receipt of the order and shipped in approximately 15 days fastest turnaround or 20 to 22 days in most cases.

BELTS, BAGS & OTHER ACCESSORIES
All items must be returned in NEW & UNUSED condition within 30 days, please contact us. If you wish to receive a refund on your credit card you will be refunded after deduction from the original shipping amount.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If the product is lost, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, one should immediately report this to us.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
For packages that are not picked up at the customer’s given address within 14 days, Kmaspecials reserves the right to charge you a handling & storage fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.

KMA Specials reserves the right to amend and update this policy at any time at its discretion, without any prior notice.
